The Council's Annual Parish Meeting will be held on Tuesday 19th April 2022 at Sytchampton Village Hall starting at 7.00pm.

A copy of the agenda is attached and all residents are welcome to attend.

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to current circumstances this meeting will now be held remotely via Zoom. So that appropriate arrangements can be made any requests to join the meeting should be received by Noon on Tuesday 22nd March 2022.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In accordance with government guidelines, future Parish Council and Committee meetings will now be held ‘in person’. However, whilst restrictions are now being lifted the Council still wishes to ensure that meetings are held in a safe environment and in accoradance with any restrictions which may be in place at the time.

As such the Council respectfully asks that should you be planning to attend the meeting, you advise the Clerk (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) prior to the meeting so that we can establish numbers and ensure that everyone can be safely accommodated.

However, whilst restrictions are now being lifted the Council still wishes to ensure that meetings are held in a safe environment and in accoradance with any restrictions which may be in place at the time.

NOTE:  In the light of the current restrictions on movement and Government’s Social Distancing advice, this meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. To give time for arrangements to be made requests for access should be received by the Clerk by no later than Noon on Monday 5th July 2021.

IMPORTANT NOTE: In accordance with government guidelines, future Parish Council and Committee meetings will now be held ‘in person’. However, whilst the Parish Council and Clerk are exempt from the current regulations, members of the public are not. As such the Council respectfully asks that any non-essential attendance be deferred to a future meeting (at which point it is hoped that restrictions will have been further relaxed). Alternatively, you can contact the Clerk (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) prior to the meeting to raise any issues for consideration. If you would still like to attend in person you must contact the Clerk prior to the meeting so that we can establish numbers and issue instructions regarding the Covid arrangements.
