Proposed Order: to close that part of: 1) U40224 Oakfield Road from its junction with U40220 Woodhall Ln to its junction with U40224 Sandys Rd. 2) U40224 Sandys Road from its junction with U40224 Oakfield Rd to its junction with A4133 Main Rd.
Reason: Carriageway patching for surface dressing inc civil works over multiple phases by WCC

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A4133 Main Rd, U40220 Woodhall Ln and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 2 days between 13 April 2026 and 22 April 2026

(U40225 Wellington Road, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026 
Proposed Order: to close that part of U40225 Wellington Rd from its junction with U40224 Sandys Rd to its junction with U40224 Oakfield Rd.
Reason: Carriageway patching by WCC 
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: U40224 Sandys Rd, U40224 Oakfield Rd and vice versa. 
Maximum duration: 18 Months.  Anticipated duration: 2 days between 13 April 2026 and 24 April 2026

(U40227 Woodhall Close, Ombersley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2026

Proposed Order: to close that part of U40227 Woodhall Cl from its junction with U40220 Woodhall Ln to its  junction with Woodhall Court (NSG Ref. 45401544).

Reason: Replacement electricity cable by Western Power

Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: No alternative route as location is on a cul-de-sac.
